Involving employees in a company’s charitable activities is a great way to foster employee engagement. It can help build a culture of charitable giving and community involvement as well as provide employees with the chance to be actively engaged in a company’s values and commitment to corporate social responsibility.

There are a variety of ways employees can support Toronto Rehab, including:

TRF_-Employee-Engagement.jpgHosting Company Fundraisers and Events: There are many opportunities to raise funds within an office environment. Whether it’s a golf tournament, bake sale or jeans day, fundraisers are a great way to empower employees to take ownership, lead internal fundraisers and engage with their colleagues.

TRF_staffgiving.jpgStaff Giving: Engage employees by offering the opportunity to support Toronto Rehab through payroll deductions. This offers the convenience of automatic payroll deductions while providing employees the chance to have an impact in their community. Many companies choose to match their employees’ personal donations to encourage support and show their employees they are fully committed to the cause.

Matching Gift Programs: Many employers have matching gift programs that match any charitable contributions made by their employees.  If a company has a policy, employees can request a matching gift form from their employer and send it to Toronto Rehab Foundation completed and signed with a donation. We will do the rest. The impact of your gift to Toronto Rehab may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some organizations also match donations made by retirees and/or spouses. Learn more
