The Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Multi-System Program helps individuals who have undergone surgery to replace a joint, have sustained a hip fracture or multiple injuries from a fall or motor-vehicle accident, or live with chronic illnesses and chronic pain from diseases such as osteoarthritis and cancer, to regain their strength, physical abilities and independence.

  • Toronto Rehab's Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Multi-System Program is the leading national program of its kind in Canada, and a pioneer in clincial research in the diagnosis and treatment of Myofacial Pain Syndrome.
  • Our centre for Comprehensive Integrated Pain is pioneering new treatments and care paradigms to advance access to pain management and to improve overall life outcomes.
  • We host Project ECHO Ontario (Extension of Community Healthcare Outcomes) for Chronic Pain, Arthritis and Liver Disease weekly and ECHO Superhub that trains physicians and healthcare providers in remote regions across Ontario in the management of chronic pain and other specialties through telemedicine.
  • Our Cancer Rehabiliation program in collaboration with Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, also at UHN, allows us to respond to needs of cancer patients like no other healthcare facility in the country.
