  • Our world's first Health e-University offers interactive e-learning that provides education and tools to help people live and thrive conditions such as heart disease and diabetes. Visit www.healtheuniversity.ca 
  • THRiVE (Targeted Health Risk Interventions and Education) is an award winning 12-week patient education program based on models of chronic disease self-management and behaviour change that offers a structured journey to better health. 
  • High Intensity Exercise is offered to people who have suffered a stroke or are living with diabetes and cardiovascular conditions. We are innovating exercise models that will mazimize gains in fitness, function and cognition, and ultimately improve survival in these populations. 
  • CORE (Cardio-Oncology exercise REhabilitation) - a program aiming to improve cardiovascular health in breast cancer survivors who have been exposed to therapies known to harm the heart. Our research will hlep mitigate some of the most toxic effects of breast cancer therapies, with a long-term goal of reducing cardiovascular mortality, the leading cause of non-cancer related death in cancer survivors.
