A record-breaking year for On Track!

On Saturday, February 28, 2015, Toronto Rehab Foundation’s 12th annual On Track to Cardiac Recovery fundraising walk ushered out Heart Month with a flourish. More than 400 participants walked with heart while raising over $160,000 in support of Toronto Rehab’s Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation program.

Proceeds from this year's walk will go towards funding Toronto Rehab’s innovative Cardiac College, which will revolutionize the delivery of cardiac rehabilitation and prevention programs to improve heart health for millions of people worldwide. Visit www.cardiaccollege.ca
