Charity Horse Show supports Toronto Rehab

The Vector Equestrian Charity Horse Show & Dinner began in 2014 with the goal of creating a locally supported fundraising initiative that would bring together the equestrian community in support of a charitable cause. Opening up the event to the public and showcasing the sport of show jumping were natural extensions to the idea, helping to promote the selected charity and give guests a truly memorable evening.

This year the Vector Equestrian Charity Horse Show & Dinner took place on Saturday, August 13th and honoured the late Nick Graveney whose fall from a horse resulted in a significant spinal cord injury. The event raised just over $20,000 in support of the Brain and Spinal Cord Rehab Program at Toronto Rehab’s Lyndhurst Centre where Nick was a patient.

Thank you to Jenny Lineker, Ann Douglas-Pryde and the Vector Equestrian team for selecting Toronto Rehab Foundation as the grateful recipient of this year’s event proceeds.
