Cardiac Health Foundation of Canada's Walk of Life
Please join or support the UHN Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation Team at the Ontario Science Centre in celebration of the Cardiac Health Foundation of Canada’s 50th Anniversary. Take part in any 1km, 3km & 5km walk; 5km & 10km run; an hour long dance-a-thon for kids or chair exercises for seniors.

On Track to Cardiac Recovery 2015
Join Us On Track! Hosted by Toronto Rehab Foundation, the 12th Annual On Track to Cardiac Recovery walk will take place on and around the state-of-the-art indoor track at Toronto Rehab’s Rumsey Centre.
