On Track to Cardiac Recovery 2018
Register today for our 15th annual On Track to Cardiac Recovery! Hosted by the Toronto Rehab Foundation, the annual all-ages family event includes a walk around the Rumsey Centre indoor track, an educational cardiac health expo, a heart health lecture, live entertainment, silent auction and fun activities for kids.
