10th Annual On Track to Cardiac Recovery Walk
With the generous support of well over 1,000 donors, an enthusiastic crowd of 400 stretched their legs to walk in support of cardiac rehabilitation on February 23, 2013 at the 10th annual On Track to Cardiac Recovery. The event raised over $140,000 – and counting! Toronto Rehab Foundation is now on the way to establishing Canada’s first Cardiac College.  View photos
