On Track to Cardiac Recovery 2014
Toronto Rehab Foundation was successful in reaching our 2014 goal of $150,000 in support of Canada’s first Cardiac College – An Educational Curriculum for Persons Living with Heart Disease at Toronto Rehab’s Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation Program.
